Survival Grind Enchants

Hello, I have a Minecraft server that uses the Grind Enchantments mod and when a player goes to use the grindstone to do the functionality of the mod, they a) lose the enchanted book after they try to take it out or, b) they can't take out the enchanted book at all and it stays in the product spot. Both events are occurring when the player is in survival, op-ed or not. Is there any place in the config that can make this work or is it because the player doesn't have the mod installed on their end? Either way, thank you in advance.
